Were they collecting equipment to move it somewhere else or are they prepping for more bridge work? I'll go by again after a bit and see. Hope to report back by noon.

Update
Nope. They were loading up an excavator to leave when I came by at 10am.
As near as I can tell, they were just here to dig a hole in the dam to let more water flow past. *sigh* Another step backwards.

As I understand it, this breach will need to be filled back in and all the water pumped back out before work can resume. The pump has not been deployed and is still hanging from the crane.
